Initial Consultation
A comprehensive assessment looking at your health history, the current health of each body system, your current concerns and your individual goals. This also includes holistic review of any prior blood tests conducted and Bioelectrical Impedance Testing, assessing total body composition and hydration if attending in person. Nutrition Assessment
& Personalised Meal Plans
A comprehensive assessment of your current diet and eating habits identifying potential nutritional gaps and areas for optimisation to meet your health goals. This includes assessment through a nutrient assessment program and option to add nutrigenomic DNA testing to uncover specific genetic requirements and pathology testing to assess any current deficiencies. This data is assessed and a personalised meal plan is then compiled to meet your health goals and dietary preferences. Optional recipes and shopping lists also available. Pricing: $96 Assessment & 7 day meal $150 Assessment & 14 day meal plan $250 Assessment & 30 day meal plan Please note, pricing is in addition to a consultation fee. DNA or pathology testing is at an additional cost paid directly to a laboratory. Please book under an initial consultation for new clients or return for existing clients.
Return Consultation
Review session to discuss and assess your progress whilst following your treatment plan. This may also involve addressing any new concerns that may arise. Duration: 30-45 minutes What you get: -A progress report -Natural medicine prescriptions (as appropriate) -Tailored diet and lifestyle suggestions -Appropriate referrals to other modalities to support your treatment -Referrals for further investigative testing as indicated Cost: $85 30 - 45 minutes ​A 10% concession is offered to children under 16 years of age, healthcare card holders and pensioners
Body Composition Scanning & Assessment
A bioelectrical Impedence scan assessing total body composition including: Body fat % Visceral Body Fat % Muscle Mass Muscle Quality Bone Density Hydration Metabolic Age Heart Rate You will receive a report that explains your results with the opportunity to track progress over time. This also includes goal setting. Complimentary with Initial and Return Consultations. As a standalone service, the assessment, report and analysis is $55 Please book under 'Acute Mini Consultation.'
Acute Mini Consultation
A short review session for existing clients whom require a quick check in. This is also suitable for new clients whom are looking for an acute prescription ie. to support a cold or wish to 'pick my brain.' Functional Testing
& Analysis
Functional testing involves the analysis of blood, urine, saliva, fecal stool or DNA. Functional pathology tests are used to investigate functional, biochemical, nutritional, metabolic and hormonal status. These tests are particularly useful to help identify the underlying cause of your health condition, help to verify a diagnosis and offer valuable insights into how how to address treatment. Common functional tests I routinely use include: Gastrointestinal tests including Microbiome GI mapping, Comprehensive Stool Analysis and breath tests to assess digestive function and absorption, the microbiome and presence of pathogens. Hormone tests including neurotransmitters, sex hormones, stress hormones & comprehensive thyroid panels. Food intolerance and allergy testing including IgG, IgE and IgA panels. Environmental toxin exposure including heavy metals and chemicals. DNA testing to assess genetic predispositions, methylation, specific nutritional requirements and biological ageing. Nutritional assessments including iron studies, vitamin D and B vitamins in addition to essential fatty acids, magnesium and zinc. Metabolic and cardiovascular health including diabetes markers, homocysteine, kidney function, liver function and comprehensive cholesterol and lipids. Functional Pathology testing unfortunately is not covered by Medicare and is at an additional cost and is paid directly to the laboratories. We will of course discuss your options and relevancy to you in addition to pricing before any tests are ordered.
