I'm Dione Simmons (She/her) but you can call me Dee.

 

I'm a Naturopath & Functional Medicine Practitioner with over 15 years combined clinical and Industry experience.

MY BACKGROUND

My passion for natural health began when I was in my mid 20s where I discovered my eczema, IBS and anxiety symptoms were caused by my diet. After suffering all throughout childhood, I was blown away when a naturopath helped me to finally find relief despite years of seeing medical specialists.

 

This inspired me to want to help others who were in the same position, those that are told that if the medication option doesn't work, you just have to live with it or hope for the best it resolves on its own.

MY CLINICAL APPROACH

I am incredibly passionate about finding the root cause of why you are unwell. With over a decade experience and a lifelong commitment to keeping up with the latest scientific research; I navigate even the most complicated of situations providing solutions to support you back to wellness with empathy and compassion. 

 

Having experienced and healed from a chronic and debilitating illness, I understand all too well what it is like to have health impact your life and happiness.

I also enjoy supporting individuals with preventative health using biohacking techniques to support longevity, healthy ageing and improving athletic performance.

OTHER EXPERIENCE

I have driven the innovation of hundreds of health & nutrition products sold globally formulating for well known brands including Lifespace Probiotics, Pentavite, Melrose Health, Nulax, Coles & Woolworths private labels plus many more.

ON A MORE PERSONAL NOTE

I live in Bendigo with my little family and my rescue pooch Max.

In my free time, I love cooking up a storm testing new recipes, running and catching up on the latest Netflix release.
