Frequently asked Questions

How to prepare for your first appointment

After booking, you will receive a link to a short online questionnaire form to fill out. Please complete this before your appointment. Bring along any relevant test results or scans you wish to discuss.

Are consultations covered by Health Insurance

Unfortunately in 2019 some changes were made and a number of natural therapies and allied health services have been removed as optional extras. Some policies still offer some cover for preventative wellness services so please check your policy.

Can I see you if I am taking any medications or working with another practitioner

You certainly can. We work in an integrative approach with your other practitioners to help you to achieve the best health outcomes. Sometimes a multidisciplinary approach is the most effective.

As deemed appropriate, we can arrange to provide correspondence and updates on your treatment and progress with any other healthcare professional with your written consent.

Do you work with children

Absolutely! Just like adults, our services cater to the unique needs of children, and we are delighted to work with them in the clinic. Dione is a mother herself and brings professional expertise and a personal understanding of how to interact with children effectively. We create a comfortable and nurturing environment for young ones, ensuring that they feel at ease during our sessions.

How often will I need to see you

During the initial consultation, we will develop a treatment plan and health roadmap based on your individual circumstances. That said, most clients tend to have follow up sessions once a month until their presenting concerns are under control.

How can I make payment on the day?

We accept prepayment online or EFTPOS, Credit Card and exact cash in the clinic. Online clients can make payment via Electronic Funds Transfer or Stripe.
